How to schedule a webex session:

Login to webex Go to My WebEx and login with the username and password you got from Karen Bergmeier <karen.bergmeier@csu.mnscu.edu>.
Go to the Meeting Center/Host a Meeting/Schedule a Meeting. Create a template.
After you have a template you can simply go to Meeting Center/Host a Meeting/Schedule a Meeting to schedule a new meeting.

How to start a webex session:

Go to the Meeting Center. Find your session and click Start.

How to join a webex session:

Click on the link in the email you received, or from the web page.

Turn on voice recording.
