Create a batch program to add directories to the Path environmental variable.

<li>Create addpath.bat.
<br />addpath should have the following capabilities:
<ol type="a">
<li>Display help when the /? parameter is passed.</li>
<li>Test that command line extensions are turned on. Display an error message and halt if they are not turned on.</li>
<li>Prepend a drive/directory to the Path environmental variable with the following conditions:
<ol type="i">
<li>If no drive/directory is given as a parameter, use the current drive/directory instead.</li>
<li>If the drive/directory is already on the path do not prepend it. Simply display a message that the drive/directory is already on the path. Your test should allow for any combination of the drive/directory with an ending slash (/).</li>
<li>If the drive/directory does not exist do not prepend it. Simply display a message that the drive/directory does not exist.</li>
<li>If the drive/directory is prepended display a message to that effect.</li>
<li>Use descriptive label names, environmental variable names, and comments to describe what sections of the program do.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>Cleans up any and all temporary environmental variables that are used by the program. All temporary environmental variables must begin with an underscore (_).</li>
