Fix attempts:
Disabled ipv6 on all nics. (probably not needed)
Windows features turned on: SMB 1.0/CIFS Client. (under SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support)
                            SMB Direct.
Windowws features turned off: SMB 1.0/CIFS Server. (under SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support)

Ran these Powershell commands:
